As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Rostrevor, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
In this role, you will:
• Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
• Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
• Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
About Goodstart Rostrevor:
• Located on Moules Road and is a purpose built childcare centre which provides much-needed care for local families.
• Featuring six large and spacious learning spaces over two levels with separate nursery sleep rooms, the centre provides a modern yet home-like naturally inspired environment.
• Our centre is licensed for 89 children and our early learning programs cater to each child's stage of development, from six weeks of age to Preschool-aged children.
• Our Centre Director Stella has been at Goodstart Rostrevor since it opened in January 2021,

You’ll need:
• Diploma OR Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current SA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
