Velocity Truck Centre is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at Daimler Trucks Mount Gambier to ensure our customers receive exceptional support.
About The Role:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Manage service and repair booking inquiries efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, telephone, and in-person
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Identify and document any additional service requirements
- Coordinate with workshop controllers to ensure timely completion of all work
