Sales Consultant
Squashbrook Fitness provides the leading health and fitness solutions for the people of Mount Gambier and the Limestone Coast.
We are looking to employ a motivated and energetic sales consultant to educate, inspire and enable more people to take positive action for their health, performance, and wellbeing to grow and maintain our membership base.

Squashbrook Fitness & Leisure was founded in 1979 and has continuously evolved and expanded its health and fitness services, facilities, and programming. Family-owned and run, we provide the widest range of facilities and classes, the most diverse programs, with a high-service model supporting our clients to their goals through 1-on-1 Personal Training, Small Group Training, Large Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates, and Self-managed training in our first class training facilities, Indoor Wet Area, Outdoor Performance Training Zone and our new Recovery Zone.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We require an energetic sales consultant to increase awareness, enquiries, and sales to grow our membership, group training, and personal training client base. You will be responsible for helping many people overcome their biggest hurdle - getting started, witnessing life-changing transformations, and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage enquiries, conversations, and the sales process
- Maintain a scoreboard to measure performance
- Build and maintain opportunity lists
- Report on progress and completion of projects
- Collaborate with the business owner and manager to grow the business
This is a results-driven role. Your impact on the business will be well documented, and your performance will be rewarded with bonuses for achieving meaningful milestones.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Applicants must have excellent levels of self-discipline, time management, and customer service skills. A passion for helping others, healthy living, constant improvement, and fitness will be essential for the successful execution of the role. Experience and proven performance are preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a desire to learn, grow, and achieve are critical characteristics for the role.

WHAT DO WE PAY
As a performance-based role, we offer an attractive base plus uncapped commission remuneration package, with on-target earnings above $65,000+, plus superannuation.
