Riverlea is the South Australia’s largest master planned community. Previously known as the Buckland Park development, it will have homes for 30,000 people, shops, a business hub, 50ha of lakes, 420ha of open space and four schools. It is predicted $3bn will be invested over 20 years and 10,000 jobs created during the development.
The Opportunity
Riverlea's growth has created an exciting opportunity for the Client Relations Assistant, you will be supporting the Riverlea Sales Team in the Sales and Discovery Centre. This casual role requires someone who is motivated, proactive, positive, accommodating, open to miscellaneous tasks and works on Saturday and Sunday.
Here's what you'll focus on
• Meet and greet guests
• Coordinating catering, refreshments, equipment and audio-visual requirements for meetings and guests
• Ensure the smooth running and general tidiness of the reception and sales centre
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
• Performing general office administration duties as required
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
• Handling queries via phone, email and general correspondence.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Assist with running errands
