About the Role
As our Sales & Marketing Development Representative (SMDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities while supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness. Your role will be a blend of outbound sales prospecting and marketing coordination, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for our sales team.

What You'll Be Doing
Sales Development Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Qualify and nurture leads, setting up meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track pipeline progress.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
Marketing Support Responsibilities
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media engagement.
- Develop and refine sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills – confident in outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building .
