You will be a highly organised person with excellent communication and problem-solving skills supporting an organisation of more than 400 employees. Your work will support the organisation’s delivery of services to the Aboriginal community of South Australia.
You will have
- Experience and knowledge in working with employment Awards (preferably SCHCDSI 2010)
- High level of efficiency and accuracy with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Ability to positively interact with AFSS staff, clients and suppliers
- Above average MS Office skills with an aptitude for using systems to improve efficiency
- Can organise your day and be relied upon to complete allocated tasks on time
- Desirable knowledge of Elmo
Your New Role
You will also provide HR support within the team by:
- Employment contract preparation
- Coordinating the process for Psychological Suitability Assessments with an external contractor for new Residential Service workers
- Administration of the Working With Children Check process
- Monitor the HR mailbox and respond to HR related queries
You Will Need
- A Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A current unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A Child Safe Environments Certificate
