About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Management Capability and Resourcing Partner to join our business, based in Edinburgh Parks, SA.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of operational and strategic people capability and resource solutions for the Project Management function across the enterprise.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, with options of working a 9-day fortnight and/or hybrid working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute plans to ensure the business develops the right balance of Project Management capability and capacity that it needs to deliver on business strategy
- Maintain an accurate assessment of the business’s current Project Management capability and capacity
- Develop, establish, and maintain relationships with internal and external capability providers to enable short term surge management options
- Drive operational improvements in people capability (training and development) initiatives, including training, development frameworks and tool sets
- Support both strategic and operational Project Management resource planning
- Facilitate the alignment, maturity and integration of the PM Capability Framework
About YOU
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of capability enablement and competencies within the Project Management discipline
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Knowledge of adult learning systems and utilisation of ADDIE methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in people and business capability enablement
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
