About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent and Performance Manager to lead our Talent Management and Performance Frameworks. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role is pivotal in aligning our talent strategies with business needs, ensuring the development of career pathways, mentoring programs, and competency frameworks. You will oversee the integration and maintenance of these frameworks, driving maturity and supporting our talent pipeline. Responsibilities Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of Talent Frameworks and Manual, including processes, tools, reporting, and governance.Lead cyclical Performance and Talent processes.Design and develop strategies to ensure a competitive and future-ready talent pipeline.Develop career pathway mapping to support employee development and long-term retention.Provide governance for competency frameworks, integrating them with other key people processes.Collaborate with P&C Business Partners, Workforce Planning, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, and Recruitment functions.Lead a diverse team of professionals, ensuring alignment from design to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
About You Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a relevant field, with 7+ years of experience in Talent Management solutions.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team in a complex, fast-paced environment.Flexible approach to managing and supporting customer needs, expectations, and goals.Strong focus on people, learning, and development, with the ability to support leaders, teams, and individuals in achieving their development goals.Expertise in talent management frameworks and planning.Experience in project management and human-centered design.Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration.Adept at working at both strategic and operational levels to deliver business outcomes.Expertise in leading change, shifting mindsets, behaviors, and practices.
Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
