Play a key role in ensuring the functionality and efficiency of critical IT systems while providing exceptional end-user support. This position involves maintaining and troubleshooting a diverse range of technologies, from operating systems and networking infrastructure to mobile devices and communication tools, ensuring seamless operations across various platforms
Work where you play! This available position is based in Falls Creek, Victoria, meaning you’ll be part of the resort community on and off the slopes.
In a typical day in this role, you might:
- Provide first and mid-level technical support to all end users for hardware and software
- Clip into your skis or snowboard and head out the back of the resort fix a snowmaking computer
- Deliver a positive and proactive customer service in-line with the IT Service culture and mission
- Ride a snowmobile to troubleshoot network equipment at a mountaintop repeater station
- Take a chairlift ride to troubleshoot camera feeds for mountain operations
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A high level of IT industry experience, including troubleshooting hardware, software and networks.
- A customer-focused approach, ensuring smooth interactions with team members and resort visitors alike.
- A resilient and adaptable problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
- Flexibility as weekend and occasional out of hours support may be required.
- The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Admin centre is desirable

Important: This application process is for seasonal roles that will start from late May 2025. Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
