We are on the look-out for a Functional Analyst (SAP EWM) to join our team Based at our Kilburn Site . In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore global teams to support, design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that optimize our business operations. This is a fulltime permanent role offering a hybrid working environment 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
As the Functional Analyst (SAP EWM) you will:
- Manage SAP functional configurations and design improvements, provide support for all SAP S/4 HANA related projects and Level 3 BAU in the region. (SAP EWM)
- Manage business stakeholders and assist business in coming up with requirements for new initiatives. Work with Local and offshore team to execute.
- Provide SAP and S/4 HANA expertise to business SMEs and recommending solutions to complex problems
- Manage / Design critical, complex SAP integration solutions and create functional design documents for the development team to solve real business problems and architect high-performance and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Work with the SAP cross functional teams and other non-SAP application teams to ensure that application designs utilize the appropriate Integration patterns and standards.
- Maintain documentation but not limited to functional specifications, policies and procedures
To be considered you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP EWM experience
- 5 to 10 years' experience as Business Analyst/Functional Specialist/Architect in ERP environments.
- S/4 HANA, Fiori experience is essential
- Experience with 3PL integrations with EWM is essential
- Knowledge of OData Services and CDS views
- Knowledge of web services and API management is desirable
- Experience with Solution Manager and Change Management (CHARM)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with the ability and willingness to build relationships with business partners and offshore team members
This role is apart of a Global Team and so flexibility for meetings outside of normal business hour will be required from time to time
