We are looking for a qualified entry level Production Estimator to join our passionate team and help bring our award-winning homes to life. From the breathtaking Gulf Parade Home with ocean and Adelaide Hills views to the tranquil Adelaide Hills Residence, our projects reflect our commitment to quality, creativity, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to determine resource requirements
- Prepare cost breakdowns and reports for clients and internal teams
- Monitor industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitive and accurate estimations
- Analyse construction plans, specifications, and other project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Estimate labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs
- Ensure timelines align with project goals
- Review and update estimates as necessary based on project changes or scope alterations
- Assist in negotiating contracts and purchasing materials
Qualifications:
- Cert IV in Building Project Support and or Cert IV in Building Construction
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of production processes, resource management, and cost estimation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
