Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting, selling, and marketing products in line with company policies. This role involves increasing market penetration, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to expand product availability in relevant markets. The position requires conducting customer training, sales presentations, and market analysis while building strong relationships with partners and industry personnel.
Reports To: Sales Manager - Key Account
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, including new customer acquisition, team revenue, and individual revenue.
- Conduct customer calls and maintain CRM records as per company policies.
- Communicate and promote product lines, sales policies, pricing, and warranty information.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and industry personnel.
- Perform market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Execute sales promotions and support marketing initiatives.
- Present product and sales training sessions; participate in trade shows and events as needed.
- Ensure customers understand and utilize marketing materials and sales tools.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
- Comply with health, safety, and company policies, including the use of protective equipment.
- Undertake other responsibilities aligned with skills and experience.
Skills & Experience:
- Sales training qualifications.
- Minimum two years of proven experience in the automotive aftermarket (commercial vehicle aftermarket experience is a plus).
- Previous experience in field sales or phone sales.
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales growth plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze financial data, sales trends, and forecasts.
- Strong time management and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to travel up to 25%.
