Due to an increase in demand, we are looking for a sales superstar who is highly motivated and driven to join our team. As a Learning Consultant within the domestic VET team at NextEd Group, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students and provide them with relevant information about the courses offered. You will interact with potential students through various channels such as telephone, email, and chat, establishing and managing service-oriented relationships that lead to increased enrollments.

- You will never make cold calls. Our marketing team works closely with the sales team to bring consistent and quality inbound leads.

- This role will accommodate those team members that may want some flexibility around working hours to help build our pipeline across the country. There will be some flexibility around hours to assist in outside of normal working hours and the nature of our lead generation within our business.
- This role is an office based role, based at our modern Adelaide CBD office.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills experience and capabilities:
- Customer Service or Sales experience (minimum 2 years).
- Comfortable with making large amounts of outbound calls while managing incoming calls.
- Use of sales and service systems, preferably including previous use of any CRM tools.
- Display a high level of resilience and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven commitment to delivering quality customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills within a team environment.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Ability to have an active MyID access to ensure student suitability.
