About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to join our Northern Territory division, working across a diverse client portfolio and contributing to the strategic growth of our reputable business.

In this role, you will have the chance to oversee a range of projects, including construction, defence, government infrastructure, engineering, and 3D reality capture. You will be responsible for managing Tier 1 contractors and other clients on some of the Territory's largest projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in client liaison and project management principles. What else you'll be doing:

  • Assisting the NT Survey Manager in the allocation of appropriate resources to deliver major projects.
  • Provide expert technical advice and direction to Surveyors ensuring successful delivery of projects.
  • Participate in the review, development and improvement of work systems and practices to enhance project delivery.

Skills & Experience:

  • To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Qualifications in surveying or relevant experience
  • Proven experience in surveying with demonstrated career progression
  • Demonstrated resilience and willingness to take on any task
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of survey equipment and software
  • Experience in the civil and construction industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with clients
