About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers. This role is situated in the central business district (CBD) of Perth. Shifts typically starts from 0900 to 1500, with flexible start times available. Five days a week (Monday to Friday). However, if successful, you would be required to dedicate two weeks to full-time training. More information to be given during the interview process. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries and directions
- Perform screening of all personnel entering premises
- Respond to first aid and emergency queries as required
- Escorting individuals to the floors
Must be an Australian Citizen to be successful
Skills and Experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full WA driver’s license
- Australian citizen
