About the Role
As an integral member of the Corpus Christi College middle leadership team, the Head of Learning Diversity K-12 leads the personalised learning of students as they work towards their individual goals and aspirations. The Head of Learning Diversity K-12 is an advocate for principles of exemplary practice to ensure the curriculum is universally designed and meaningfully differentiated to recognise the needs of all students.
Working with the leadership team the successful candidate will drive the strategic approach to curriculum adjustments and support in response to the ever-increasing diversity of our young people with evidence-based supports and interventions. This role is supported by the Personalised Learning Team which includes Learning Assistants, Learning Diversity Specialist Teachers, Literacy and Numeracy coaches and acceleration teachers through the College’s bespoke Spark Path Program.
