This role is critical for driving business growth, developing strategic initiatives, and managing a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets across the region.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and adapt strategies accordingly.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales initiatives.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:Educational background in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.Strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and sales strategies.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
