An excellent opportunity exists for Fixed Operations Manager to lead our customer focused Service and Parts Departments at West Coast Automotive Group.
Our ideal team member will have had previous experience as a Fixed Operations Manager with a strong focus on staff engagement, customer satisfaction and retention and attention to detail with outstanding time management and organizational skills.

Our brands include Cars and Motorcycles and experience in both would be highly advantageous but not necessary.
We are looking for someone to ensure our customer service ethos is maintained in every interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- providing strong leadership, motivation and accountability to workshop and service staff, aligning activities with the broader business plan,
- marketing of the Service Department, ensuring growth in revenue whilst controlling expenses,
- reporting of the department's actual sales performance against set targets, and
- monitoring and maintaining a safe workplace in accordance with OH&S requirements.
To be considered for this role, the following skills and experience are essential:
• Possess excellent communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to lead by example to create a cohesive work environment
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office. A knowledge of Titan DMS will be advantageous however on the job training will be provided if required.
