Client Services Officer
Hours 25 hours per week (part-time)
Location: Manning Clinic
Reports to: Administration Manager; General Manager
Salary: $60,000FTE + depending on experience

We are seeking a “right fit”, down-to-earth and versatile Client Services Officer to join our Administration Team to help us maintain exceptional service standards.
Role Overview:
As a Client Services Officer , you will play a key role in ensuring that all clients have a positive experience when engaging our services - from that first point of contact. You will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients, assisting clients with their enquiries, maintaining a good relationship with our clients / stakeholders / support co-ordinators, and providing administrative support to our transdisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who confidently owns their role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients needs in a courteous and professional manner
- Oversee client plan budgets and agreements
- Maintain confidential and organised records in compliance with relevant policies and follow procedures
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other enquiries in a timely manner with a positive attitude and willingness to support their needs
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and client flow
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a medical or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, managing your own diary (client touch-points and check-ins)
- Being able to prioritise and think outside the box
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment – no day is the same!
- A compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients of all ages, abilities and backgrounds
- Knowledge of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) is preferred but not essential
