About the role
We require an experienced admin & office all rounder to provide professional & friendly reception & admin support to visitors & staff.
This is a full time position (38 hours).
Responsibilities
- Answering the phone & taking messages
- Dealing with customers / visitors face to face
- Maintaining office space and re-stocking office supplies
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence by email & phone
- Accounts Payable Processing (Mid Month and EOM)
- Assist accounts department with any general admin tasks including timesheet entry
- Assist in ad-hoc duties, project and activities as and when required by management
- Month end processing
- Customer Survey's
Skills and experience
- Previous administration & reception experience is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
- Fast & accurate keyboard skills.
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to prioritise workload
- Data Entry & Maintenance of records
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Willingness to learn and be a team player
- Accounts Payable experience desirable
- MYOB experience desirable
