Description:
Insight Early Learning Port Coogee is seeking a passionate and dedicated qualified Early Childhood Teacher to potentially step into an Educational Leader role. This position involves a 50/50 split between off-the-floor responsibilities and on-the-floor mentoring of Room Leaders only. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
What we’re looking for:
- An ECT who values the environment as the third teacher and incorporates play and the inclusion of loose parts in day-to-day learning.
- A committed early childhood teacher who understands the provision of high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- A willingness to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of the importance of family communications and ability to form partnerships that benefit the children and their ongoing learning
- Previous experience using Xplor (or similar) would be advantageous but not essential.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood, Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood), Graduate Diploma (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent approved qualification.
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain.
- Current WWCC & Teachers Registration
