The Role
· Prepare routine inspection runs
· Complete scheduled routine inspections
· Assist with final inspections
· Assist with overflow of home opens
· Assist when required in the leasing process
· Prepare New Tenancy Packs / end of management packs
· General Office Support
The Applicant should have the following key attributes and qualifications:
- Some Real Estate experience would be preferred
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised
- Strong attention to detail with a can-do attitude
- Sense of humour and the ability to think on your feet and prioritise your workload
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Competent computer skills, including the use of Word & Excel
- Knowledge or experience with Property Tree - preferred but not essential
- Full Australian Driver’s License and reliable car
