Having experience in a large format retail environment (or similar), you're commercially savvy, comfortable with delivering targets and ensuring operational success. You're adaptable, open and genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of your team.
Importantly, you understand the value of delivering a Fantastic customer experience!
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence your store's results including sales, safety, engagement, succession and customer experience. It's also a great opportunity to inspire your team to thrive and succeed, but also make sure there's plenty of fun along the way!
About YOU:
- A background in store and/or team leadership, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Energetic & motivated team player
- Someone who is positive and loves to have fun
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday (some weekends are required).
- Ability to work towards personal and team sales targets and KPIs
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg (for warehouse positions)
- Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience
- Willingness to undertake relevant background checks as required (including medical checks)
