About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects within the aged care, not-for-profit, and healthcare sectors (among others). This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a structured approach to project execution. Experience in consulting and transformation projects is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple business units to drive project outcomes
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to align project deliverables
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex environments - consulting preferred
- Strong background in transformation and business change projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
