THE POSITION

- Entrusted with managing a portfolio of schemes alongside an assistant
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, managing relationships with committees
- Offering expert advice to both clients and stakeholders
- Preparing budgets
- Reviewing financial statements
- Managing arrears
- Resolving any disputes that may arise
- This role is designed for someone who can juggle multiple priorities and provide a high level of customer service, all while maintaining strong attention to detail.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Previous experience within the body corporate/strata industry, real estate, or facilities management
- A strong passion for customer service and a drive to deliver high-quality results
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and liaise effectively with clients and committees
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Experience in financial management, including preparing and reviewing budgets, financials, and arrears management
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, to achieve goals and exceed expectations
