About the role

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team within our People & Safety division. This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint. Some travel will be required.

In this key position, you will support our strategic objective of “Delivering performance through people” by providing high-level internal talent acquisition services. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality stakeholder engagement and business outcomes across all levels through best practice attraction, sourcing, and selection techniques, including a strong focus on candidate care. Partnering with leaders and internal stakeholders, you will determine talent acquisition needs, manage end-to-end processes, and build strong relationships to support the future talent needs of the business.

About You

• You are an experienced professional recruiter with a proven track record in managing medium to large volumes of roles within an internal talent acquisition environment.
• You have demonstrated expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including attraction strategies, selection methods, and onboarding.
• You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess situations, gather multiple perspectives and information, and identify key issues.
• Your communication skills are exceptional, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey information effectively.
• You are skilled in providing advice, negotiating quality outcomes, and gaining commitment from others.
• You are a flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects effectively.
• You have a proven ability to establish and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have a strong focus on continuous improvement and enjoy the opportunity to work on projects that contribute to improved business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma of Human Resources Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
