We’re seeking a forward thinking, passionate and enthusiastic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Group Marketing team. If you can bring dynamism and a strong sense of collaboration, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of 27 marketing professionals across all of our local offices in Australia and New Zealand. This opportunity is open to someone in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane!
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Group Marketing team in a fast-paced environment with the development and delivery of the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Assisting the Group Digital Marketing Manager in enabling local marketing automation goals and initiatives. Serve as the go-to for any marketing automation queries, providing local offices with technical support, training and assisting with data hygiene processes.
- Playing a key role in the roll out of our new marketing automation platform – Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights – Journeys (from Marketo) to ensure a smooth implementation across the business.
- Overseeing and optimising the company website using WordPress. Collaborating with digital agency partners to drive SEO optimisation, website maintenance and enhancements, as well as digital reporting (using Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Power BI).
- Working closely with our Group Campaign Specialist to support the development and delivery of both Group Marketing and local marketing team campaigns and initiatives. Providing support for the delivery of various projects including our client listing surveys and other digital initiatives.
- Maintaining our tech stack and ensuring process efficiencies utilising tools such as Airtable and Miro.
We are looking for an experienced client focussed, team player with a passion for digital marketing technology who has:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies or a related field
- 5 years+ experience in digital marketing
- Experience in professional services or B2B marketing is desirable
- Experience with marketing automation software
- Experience in website management, optimisation and A/B testing - preferably WordPress
- Proven experience in SEO, email marketing and social media
- Experience in working with agency partners
- Experience in reporting – Marketo or CIJ reporting and Google Analytics experience highly regarded
- On the front foot of current online marketing concepts, strategy, reporting tools and best practice
- Project management skills and capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities
