About the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Onshore Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. This role involves delivering innovative business solutions through design, build, and test, including systems integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an onshore and offshore team of developers.
- Perform technical design, produce technical specifications, and build WRICEFX objects.
- Work closely with design and test teams to resolve defects.
- Prepare strategy documents and create technical specifications.
- Ensure on-time delivery of tasks and manage analysis, design, development, prototyping, unit testing, and maintenance activities.
- Share knowledge as the Subject Matter Expert and mentor less experienced colleagues.
- Participate in business process workshops and contribute to blueprint design documents.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive SAP development experience with at least 3 full implementations.
- Proficiency in ABAP Core Data Services, Fiori Launchpad, and Enterprise Search.
- Experience with SAP mobile solutions and other SAP UI solutions (Personas, WebDynpro, SAP WebGUI).
- Demonstrated experience as an SAP Developer (ABAP, BRF+, Fiori, CDS Views/HANA modelling, SmartForms, BAPI, IDOC, BOPF).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions.
- Excellent presentation, client relationship, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-profile activities to tight timescales.
- Success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ambition, leadership skills, and talent for building successful client relationships.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Australian citizenship.
- Eligibility to obtain or already have an AGSVA Baseline security clearance.
12 Month Initial Contract with high likelihood of extensions.
Role can be worked from any capital city in Australia.
