Description
Job Description:
- Ensure the smooth check-in and check-out of all guests.
- Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, and upsell rooms and related services.
- Process payments and process reservation enquiries.
- Greet and assist clients, residents, contractors, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- General reception duties such as receiving incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries efficiently.
- Assist residents with services similar to those provided by concierges, including providing building information, parcel handling, building announcements and facilitating repairs if required.
- Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Duty Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitoring the safety and security of the hotel.
Skills And Experiences
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Candidate must have full working rights
- 6 Months' experience as a Guest Service Agent or receptionist in a hotel is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is required
- Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Proven ability to work unsupervised.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts including public holidays.
