Description

Job Description:

  • Ensure the smooth check-in and check-out of all guests.
  • Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, and upsell rooms and related services.
  • Process payments and process reservation enquiries.
  • Greet and assist clients, residents, contractors, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • General reception duties such as receiving incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries efficiently.
  • Assist residents with services similar to those provided by concierges, including providing building information, parcel handling, building announcements and facilitating repairs if required.
  • Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Duty Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Monitoring the safety and security of the hotel.

Skills And Experiences

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Candidate must have full working rights
  • 6 Months' experience as a Guest Service Agent or receptionist in a hotel is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is required
  • Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts including public holidays.
