Role Detail
Reporting to the Melbourne based Senior Performance & Reward Manager, you will be responsible for data management, Workday configuration, and consulting advice that supports the annual performance and remuneration review cycle, ensuring KWM remains competitive in the talent markets in which we operate.
As part of the wider People and Development team, the role also forms part of a broader analytics team in delivering reports and analytics solutions for the People & Development team and key stakeholders.
Specifically:
- Configuration, enhancements and management of our Workday remuneration module - working with People and Development Managers and Advisors in the delivery, operation and support throughout the annual performance and remuneration cycle.
- Work with the Senior Manager, Performance and Reward to consult with stakeholders on the ongoing function and operation of our Workday remuneration model in meeting their needs and targeted experience.
- Support the data preparation, Workday updates, reporting and salary advice letters for the twice-yearly graduate rotation program.
- Conduct detailed remuneration benchmarking analysis and modelling throughout the annual performance and remuneration cycle. This includes supporting the development of salary and bonus budget modelling for the annual remuneration review.
- Manage remuneration data integrity and data-checking/audit processes to ensure accuracy and controls are in place.
- Support the Workday change team to maintain and update Workday process materials, user guides, and user self-service resources.
- Provide training sessions to Workday users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the remuneration module and reporting tools.
- Support the Senior P&D Reporting Analyst and P&D Reporting Specialist with other analytics and projects
About You

You will also bring:
- Workday experience, specifically in Advanced Compensation Management, is essential
- Qualification in HR, finance, or a related discipline.
- 4 years of remuneration experience in an analytical role with a few years
- Good knowledge of HR management practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to build analytics, remuneration models, and Excel tools.
- High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting remuneration and performance content to management.
- Collaborative with a consultative approach to stakeholders.
- Understanding of payroll processes and practices.
- Flexible, energetic, and proactive with ownership of responsibilities.
