Customer Success Manager Opportunity

Your Mission:
As a Customer Success Manager , you’ll be the first point of contact after the sales cycle, guiding customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support. You'll be the trusted advisor ensuring they maximize the power of EventsAir.

Who You’ll Work With:
From Professional Conference Organizers and Associations to Educational Institutions and Government Departments , you’ll manage a diverse customer base, ensuring their long-term success with EventsAir.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple customer onboarding and training projects
  • Customize training plans using our Online Learning Management platform & coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service & integrations
  • Maintain regular check-ins to drive adoption, product engagement & support
  • Identify sales opportunities and facilitate discussions with Account Management
  • Document customer interactions & insights to enhance customer experience

What You Need to Succeed:
2-5 years' experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in SaaS or Tech
Highly organized with exceptional communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a sense of urgency & ownership
Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships
