Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with various marketing activities. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a passion for hospitality and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing and promoting resort events and special offers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Design simple graphics and promotional materials using Canva.
- Assist to Coordinate photo & video shoots for marketing purposes.
- Compile and distribute monthly marketing reports to the team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns and visits.
- Audit, update and maintain the resort's online listings on travel and review sites as well as HWS and Virtual concierge.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities and provide insights to the team.
