Due to an internal promotion, CSL Seqirus is seeking a passionate Medical Information Associate to join our dynamic Medical Information team. Full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Medical Strategy & Operations , you will facilitate the quality use of vaccines and pharmaceutical products distributed in Australia and New Zealand. You will respond to medical and scientific enquiries, from both internal and external customers, and assisting in the initial collection and reporting of adverse events and product quality complaints.
Your Role
- Provide expert medical information on CSL's range of pharmaceutical and vaccine products.
- Develop specialized Standard Response Documents for use by the Medical Information team.
- Share customer insights with Brand teams and contribute to the Medical and Commercial strategy.
- Report Adverse Events and Product Technical Complaints.
- Participate in cross-functional and cross-country project teams.
Your Skills and Experience
- Degree in Pharmacy (essential).
- Clinical Pharmacy or Drug Information experience preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and MS SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
