About the role:
- Working with a two highly experienced Partners.
- Work on all facets of Employment law , with a high focus on i ndustrial relations, wage compliance and sexual harassment .
- You will also be involved in defending employers on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination and termination of employment claims .
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer ( 6+ PQE ), with proven experience in employment law and a strong advisory background .
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
- Able to come in and hit the ground running.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work on manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
