DescriptionDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the downhole technologies sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address customer challenges and requirements.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Represent NOV at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product management, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align local market strategies with corporate objectives.
Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Other work duties as requested by direct manager.
