DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the downhole technologies sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address customer challenges and requirements.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Represent NOV at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product management, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align local market strategies with corporate objectives.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Other work duties as requested by direct manager.
