• 2 years’ experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment;
• Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery;
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
• Passion for the hospitality industry;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure and problem solve;
• Ability to work well unsupervised;
• Premium dining experience is advantageous, but not a necessity!
