W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Full Time Whatever/Whenever Supervisor. As a Whatever/Whenever Supervisor, you will assist the Manager on Duty in leading a team to provide our guests with the ' W ' experience and surprise and delight them every moment you get. You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:
- Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests efficiently
- Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
- Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
- Prior experience leading a team
- Ability to multi task at all times
- Outstanding attention to detail
