Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic full time Supervisor to join our expanding team.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to work and support the F&B team across multiple locations throughout Taronga Zoo. Reporting to theF&B Operations Manager / Events , you will be responsible for leading the successful management of a designated outlet, ensuring that all outlets operate in a sustainable, courteous and efficient manner. This role is responsible for developing strong, reliable, and professional relationships with all staff, internal and external stakeholders.
To ensure your success in this role, you will have:
- Supervisory experience in a similar high-volume outlet.
- Compliance with department standards, to ensure that the department maintains the highest standard of hygiene and safety levels.
- Availability across a 7 day week including nights as required during activations.
- A current NSW RSA and be willing to obtain WWCC clearance
- Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of point of sale
- Passion for great quality food, beverage and service.
