About the opportunity
The PPS (Post Placement Support) Consultant will contribute to the success of Workforce Australia program by providing ongoing support to our participants and their employers to ensure that long term employment outcomes are achieved. The successful candidate will provide post placement support across the North East Melbourne region and be responsible for:

  • Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with Workforce Australia participants and employers, this will involve face to face, phone and on the job support

  • Identify any barriers that may impact upon ongoing employment and address them promptly

  • Monitor work placements for jobseekers towards the achievement of monthly targets

  • Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focused, high performance approach to the role

About you

  • Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment

  • A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs

  • Analytically minded and able to interpret complex data to achieve outcomes

  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
