We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager, ANZ to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that generate demand, enhance brand awareness, and support sales growth in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at collaborating across teams.


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Develop and Execute Regional Marketing Strategies: Design and implement data-driven marketing programs tailored to the ANZ market, aligning with global and regional business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, field events, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), webinars, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Partner and Channel Marketing: Collaborate with channel and alliance partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, drive co-branded campaigns, and support partner enablement efforts.
  • Field and Event Marketing: Lead planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, customer roundtables, and executive engagement programs to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Work closely with sales teams to ensure event strategies align with pipeline goals and follow-up processes are in place for conversion.
  • Pipeline Management and Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership, account executives, and SDR teams to ensure marketing programs are driving pipeline growth and acceleration. Develop and refine lead qualification and scoring frameworks, ensuring seamless handoff between marketing and sales. Provide sales enablement tools, lead insights, and regular performance reporting to optimize conversion rates.
  • Content and Thought Leadership: Work closely with the global content team to localize marketing assets, develop region-specific content, and drive thought leadership initiatives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer champions to participate in case studies, speaking engagements, and reference programs in collaboration with the customer advocacy team.
  • Marketing Analytics & ROI Measurement: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing programs to optimize effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Regularly report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and key marketing KPIs.


What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market, including customer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in demand generation, field marketing, digital marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.
