About the Role

The Assistant Regional Manager will oversee our clinics in the South-East region of Victoria. Working alongside and with support from the South-East Regional Manager, they will be responsible for clinic productivity, staff welfare and performance, ensuring high levels of customer service, implementation and smooth clinic operations.

The South-East poses a rapidly changing and challenging environment. You will also get the opportunity to work with a supportive and fun team while helping mold the rhythm of the South-East Operations group.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Review, implement and conduct relevant financial and operational analysis to drive service optimisation and revenue opportunities of clinical operations
  • Participation in development and deliver strategy and budget for the region/state
  • To deliver the clinical and commercial budget across the region with an aim to meet organisational strategic goals
  • Engage, deliver and coordinate across strategic projects, acquisitions and other business cases
  • Participate in the employment, orientation, training and professional development of clinical staff to foster current and future leaders to be an employer of choice
  • Excellent customer service provisions coupled with good teamwork amongst clinical staff whilst maintaining a professional and proactive relationship with attending to radiologists, referrers and support staff
  • Engage Radiologist in region/state to promote growth whilst developing and leading clinical standards
  • Promote education and commercial activities at the clinics in collaboration with the Marketing team

Skills & Experience

  • Management experience in a fast-paced operations management role is desirable
  • Previous experience in healthcare, preferably Radiology is desired
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition and passion to transform the business
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Degree in management or similar will be highly regarded
