We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to take the lead at the Eastland location. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a large team of 25-50 staff in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. About the RoleAs the Store Manager , you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the store. You will lead by example, fostering a positive and dynamic team culture while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence. Your ability to drive sales, manage stock, and implement effective training and development strategies will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 25-50 staff , ensuring high engagement and performance
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience , setting service standards across the store
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales targets, budgets, rostering, and stock control
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, team collaboration, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Provide coaching and structured training to develop future leaders within the business
- Minimum of three years of management experience in a fashion, department store, or large-format retail environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills , with a track record of inspiring teams to exceed expectations
- Ability to drive sales and meet KPIs , with a strong commercial mindset
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities in a high-pressure environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a seamless shopping experience
