About the role
Are Media is looking for a Head of Sales – VIC to lead and support our Victoria Sales team in driving revenue growth and delivering creative, cross-platform solutions for agencies and direct clients.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for managing the team, shaping strategic direction, overseeing business planning and budgets, and implementing innovative Ad Sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives on collaboration, strategic thinking, and delivering results in a fast-moving media landscape.
Duties
- Achieve the relevant state revenue targets by quarter and total year across Agency and Direct.
- Identify and grow new omni-channel revenue streams and business opportunities with current and prospective clients.
- Provide accurate forecasts while continuing to build a pipeline for future revenue.
- Be present in Market and build trusted relationships with stakeholder.
- Deliver creative solutions to clients with an omni-channel approach across each of Are Media's brands.

- Strong knowledge of the advertising and the media landscape
- Team leadership
- Ability to pitch and sell
- Strong market contacts
