Seeking a motivated and hands-on Customer Service Team Lead to guide and inspire the customer service team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering great customer service.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the customer service team
  • Implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Prepare reports and analyse customer service data to improve processes
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided

Profile

A successful Customer Service Team Lead should have:

  • A solid understanding of performance metrics
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer service data
  • Proven ability to handle complex customer service issues
  • Experience is a contact centre environment
  • Demonstrated ability to implement strategies to improve service quality
