This influential position will include the responsibility to understand and contribute to the established culture and reputation of Harris Blake & Parsons, and see you managing the day-to-day operations of the practice helping to ensure the achievement of practice goals including optimising profits and improving consultation conversion rates as well as playing a pro-active role in creating, leading & executing strategic programs that will benefit the business.
To be successful for this role we require:
- Previous Store Management experience
- The ability to develop and build a strong team
- Retail business comprehension.
- Store presentation, merchandising
- Great delegation & follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Relationships: Principal / Owner Optometrist, Employee Optometrists, practice support team, customers / patients, supplier partners, ProVision.
Qualifications: Previous Retail Manager role a requirement in a comparable volume business ($1m+) with experience leading teams to deliver a high touch customer journey (fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or comparable industry).
