What does a successful Client Implementation Lead do at Fiserv?
At Fiserv, the Client Implementation Lead for our Merchant Acquiring team is vital in delivering top-notch implementation projects for our merchant clients. With a focus on agility and efficiency, you will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and integrations of payment solutions, enhancing the overall client experience and driving operational success.
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for merchant acquiring solutions.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and resource availability.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to clients during the implementation phase.
- Perform post-implementation reviews to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in implementation of payment solutions specifically for SMB clients or in payment processing.
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a focus on merchant solutions.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 8+ years of experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex merchant acquiring projects.
- Strong understanding of the payments industry and merchant acquiring processes.
