About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
- Work closely with Head Chef and the Sous Chef to drive the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring quality control and consistency in every dish.
- Mentor and support team members to foster growth and maintain excellence.
- Contribute to creating a truly unique and premium dining experience for every guest.
- Stay calm and composed under pressure while delivering exceptional food during service.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking skilled chefs with a can-do attitude and a passion for their craft. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A trade qualification or Commercial Cookery Certificate .
- At least 2 years' experience in an à la carte restaurant .
- A desire to learn and grow within a world-class hospitality company.
- A self-motivated, driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Australian work rights.
