We are on the hunt for enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our Lidcombe Centre! As an ECT at Mini Masterminds, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue your passion and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children. About You

You’re energetic, caring and dedicated to fostering children’s growth through creative, adaptable, and inquiry-based tailored learning. You thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to a respectful and supportive culture. Empathetic and patient, you take pride in building positive, trusting relationships with children and their families.

To be eligible, you’ll need a Completed or working towards a Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved/equivalent, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will:

  • Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.
  • Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
  • Create a safe, inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.
