About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Funding Operations Analyst to join our team, specializing in reporting and funding channels. In this role, you will take a macro approach to monitoring and optimizing channel performance, ensuring that our payment infrastructure remains efficient, scalable, and responsive to business needs.
Responsibility
- Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of various funding-related reports and ensure timely delivery.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from funding reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Channel Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of funding channels and provide insights on performance optimization.
- Product Testing: Perform testing for new funding product launches and conduct regular maintenance tests to ensure system integrity.
- Risk Analysis: Evaluate risks from a funding perspective and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
- Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and report abnormal funding situations or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Daily Operations: Manage daily funding reviews and processing to ensure smooth transaction flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in the CFD or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
