About this opportunity

As a General Manager (GM), you will oversee the Dovida corporate offices within an assigned region. You will be responsible for leading the business to achieve business goals and maximise profitability.

This role could be based out of either Coffs Harbour of Port Macquarie.

We currently have an opportunity available for a strong leader to join our values-driven organisation in the Mid North Coast of NSW

This hands-on senior leadership role operates in a fast-paced service-based environment, where the ability to juggle priorities, yet systematically close out tasks that drive outcomes, is crucial.

Drawing on previous leadership experience, you will lead business operations in your region, achieving performance objectives, optimising operational performance and ensuring regulatory standards are upheld.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role.
  • An ability to drive and implement organisational change and bring your team along a path of change-management.
  • Aged Care, NDIS or similar operational understanding is beneficial, but not essential for success in this role
  • Demonstrated experience and a proven track record of managing and growing businesses, or business units.
  • Experience in ensuring the continual improvement of business and financial processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills and experience in developing and motivating a diverse team within the business
  • Resilient and pragmatic approach
  • Strong people management skills and understanding of the employment landscape in Australia.
  • Sound commercial acumen - Strong financial literacy.
  • Valid driver's license - able to travel between offices
